How fee heads work: A fee head is a category of fee (e.g. Tuition, Transport, Library). The Frequency sets how often it is charged — Monthly, Quarterly, Annual or One Time. After adding a head, click Configure to set the amount per class and the due date; for recurring heads the full due-date schedule is generated automatically. Use Reminders to notify parents about upcoming/overdue fees and Late Fee Rules to fine overdue payments.
