Is Nooreon Campus suitable for CBSE, ICSE and State Board schools?

Yes. Classes, sections, subjects and grading are configured per institution, not hard-coded to one board, so CBSE, ICSE and State Board schools can each set up their own academic structure and fee heads.

Can we use our own domain and branding?

Your school’s own logo appears across the console and on printed documents like ID cards and certificates once you set it. A separate branded web address isn’t available yet — every school signs in through the same login, and the account is resolved from there.

Can parents pay fees online?

Not yet for every school — the payment flow itself is built and already running in a pilot, but it needs a few legal and compliance steps (published policies, platform KYC) before it opens up more widely. Fees are recorded, receipted and tracked per child today, and parents see their own balance in the portal regardless.

Does Nooreon Campus support mobile apps?

Not yet as native apps — that’s on our build list. The console and the parent/student portal already work well in a phone’s browser today; no app to install.

Can we integrate biometric attendance?

Not yet. Attendance is marked digitally today, with biometric hardware integration on the roadmap alongside custom trackers and WhatsApp/SMS delivery.

Can we manage multiple branches or campuses?

Yes. Multi-campus management lets more than one school run under one group, sharing a single login while each school’s data stays isolated — you switch between them from the same account.

What happens to our data if we stop using Nooreon Campus?

Your data stays yours. Students, attendance, fees and academic records can be exported as spreadsheets or PDFs from Reports at any time — that doesn’t depend on staying subscribed.

Is technical training provided?

Yes, informally today: we walk you through the Excel imports and initial setup, and you can reach us on WhatsApp or email if anything is unclear. Structured training materials are still being built out.

Can colleges and universities use Nooreon Campus?

The core — classes, sections, fees, attendance and exams — isn’t school-specific and generalizes to colleges and universities too. Staff record-keeping works today; leave management and performance tracking for larger faculty teams are still being built.

Can we migrate our existing student data?

Yes. The roster import takes your students, parents and enrolments straight from an Excel workbook. Errors are reported per row and column, so bad data never slips in silently.

How long does it take to set up Nooreon Campus?

Setup is three imports, not a project: classes, subjects and fee structure, then the student roster, then portal logins — all from Excel, each with a dry-run preview that validates every row before anything is saved. Larger institutions or custom configurations take longer than a starter setup.

Is our institution's data separated from other institutions?

Completely. Every record is scoped to your institution and the separation is enforced inside the database itself with row-level security — not just in application code. One school can never read another’s rows, even if the application asks it to.

Can we customize the fee structure?

Yes. Define your own fee heads with class-wise amounts and schedules, per-student concessions with approval, and late-fee rules. Every transaction lands on a per-student ledger with printable receipts. Reminder rules are built and the reminder list is generated for you; automatic WhatsApp and SMS delivery is not connected yet, so today you send from that list.

Do you provide customer support after setup?

Yes. You can reach us on WhatsApp or email once you’re live, and we help troubleshoot as you go. Tiered, formal support plans aren’t published yet.
